IF YOU HAVE EXCEL 2007, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:
Click on the button on the top left corner. In the dialogue box, click on Excel options. In the next dialogue box click on Add-Ins. Then click on Analysis tool pack. Click go or okay to get out.
Now click on data and then data analysis on the tool bar. Once a dialogue box opens click on descriptive statistics. Highlight the data range, click on summary statistics and ok.
That will make the summary statistics.
